Shipping Information Overview

We ship 1 to 3 Day UPS, and therefore, cannot ship to PO Boxes. Our shipments leave our fulfillment centers frozen to preserve the freshness and should be placed in your freezer immediately upon receipt. Some thawing may occur during transit. Products ship Monday-Wednesday, and are delivered Tuesday-Friday.

Please note: Our items are NOT shipped in retail packaging. They are shipped loose and individually wrapped to save on cost. 

We ship to the United States only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship to Canada. 

Same week delivery:

• 1-2 day shipping: Please have your orders in by 1:00 pm ET Thursday for same week delivery.
• 3 day shipping: Please have your order in by 1:00 pm ET Wednesday for same week delivery.

NOTE: All orders placed after the deadlines above will be shipped the following week.

Transit time: All products are shipped using 1 to 3 Day UPS. We are unable to modify shipping method or carrier. 

NOTE: Vitalicious orders will not be shipped with dry ice. These are made to last up to 5 days at ambient temperature. Please freeze upon arrival.
