My order is over $45, why didn't I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $45 after discounts. If you are using a discount code, your post-discount subtotal must exceed $45 to qualify for free shipping. 

If your post-discount amount is above $45 and your free shipping is still not reflected, try backing up to your cart and refreshing the page. If that does not work, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it!
